How do we deliver packages?
We use Australia Post for the delivery of packages. This means that we are able to deliver to PO Boxes and street addresses. We may used registered post to ensure that we can track delivery and ensure that you receive the package.
Australia Post generally deliver packages directly to your address. If no-one is home to sign for the package, or the package is too large for normal delivery, you will get 'carded' and have to pick the package up from your local post office.
How much will postage cost?
The cost of postage is calculated during the checkout process. This is done before you commit to buy the product, so you can check how much it will cost and then proceed if you are happy with the amount. You will need to be logged in, or utilise the guest checkout, to do this.
What if I need to return an item?
If a product is unsuitable, please return it to us in the original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will exchange the item(s) or refund the purchase price. Postage and handling charges are not refundable. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled or damaged.
You will need to contact us and organise a refund prior to returning the item.
