The availability of products and services may change from time to time.  We reserve the right to reject any order where the validity of the credit card or personal details are questionable.

Returns
If a product is unsuitable, please return it to us in the original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will exchange the item(s) or refund the purchase price. Postage and handling charges are not refundable. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled or damaged.

Out of Stock Items
From time to time, things will be out of stock. Should this happen, we will be in contact immediately and notify you of this prior to processing your order. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order, choose an alternate product, or we can back-order your item.
